About this tool

This approximates how your page will look as a shared link card, based on the Open Graph tags a platform reads from your page (og:title, og:description, og:image, og:url). Each platform renders its own layout and can crop or resize the image differently, so treat this as a close estimate rather than a pixel-exact match.

Why the layout changes between platforms

Facebook shows the domain in small caps above a bold title with description text below, on a light grey card. Twitter/X's large-image card looks similar but keeps a white background inside a rounded border. LinkedIn only shows the image, a bold title, and the domain, it doesn't render description text on the card at all.

Image size and cropping

A 1200×630px image (a 1.91:1 ratio) is the safe size across all three platforms, it fills the card without awkward cropping. Smaller or oddly-cropped images can get letterboxed or stretched depending on the platform.
